The SL01 Human Infrared Sensor utilizes passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect the thermal radiation emitted by moving human bodies. Its 360° Fresnel lens array provides omnidirectional coverage, making it suitable for area monitoring in rooms, hallways, and entryways.
Designed for direct integration into AC lighting circuits or appliance controls, the sensor operates on a standard 50/60Hz mains frequency. It incorporates ambient light sensing to differentiate between day and night, enabling automatic activation only when necessary to conserve energy. The module’s sealed construction supports operation in environments with up to 93% relative humidity.
