OF06ZAT G3/4 DN20 Water Flow Sensor - Hall Effect Pulse Output
The OF06ZAT is a G3/4″ threaded water flow sensor utilizing a Hall effect and oval gear rotor to generate a pulse output proportional to flow rate, compatible with 7-24VDC systems for monitoring milk, diesel, gasoline, and light oils.
Features
- Hall effect sensor with oval gear rotor for precise pulse output (1.2 mL/Pulse).
- Broad flow measurement range from 0 to 50 Liters Per Minute (LPM).
- Splash-proof IP64 structure suitable for indoor use with compatible liquids.
- Open collector output (6 mA max) for easy interface with PLCs, Arduino, or data loggers.
- G3/4″ female thread connection for standard pipe integration.

The OF06ZAT flow sensor operates on a positive displacement principle, where fluid flow rotates an oval gear rotor. A magnet embedded in the rotor interacts with an integrated Hall effect sensor, generating a digital pulse signal directly proportional to the volumetric flow rate. This design ensures high accuracy and repeatability across its specified flow range.
Engineered for compatibility with a variety of low-viscosity fluids including water, milk, diesel, and light oils, the sensor features a splash-proof (IP64) plastic housing for indoor environmental protection. Its 3-wire configuration provides power, ground, and a pulsed open-collector output signal, requiring an external pull-up resistor for microcontroller or PLC integration.
