SEA DN32 Water Flow Sensor Flowmeter 1-120L/min - 3.5-24V Hall Effect, 1.25'' Thread
The SEA DN32 Water Flow Sensor is a Hall-effect-based flowmeter designed for inline water flow measurement in industrial and commercial systems. It operates from a wide 3.5-24V DC range, making it compatible with PLCs, Arduino, and other control systems, and outputs a pulse signal proportional to flow rates from 1 to 120 liters per minute.
Features
- Hall-effect sensor outputs pulse frequency proportional to flow rate (1-120 L/min).
- Wide operating voltage range from 3.5V to 24V DC for flexible system integration.
- Robust construction with ABS plastic body and metal components, rated for ≤2.0 MPa water pressure.
- DN32 (1.25″) threaded interface for easy installation into standard piping systems.
- Features stainless steel bearings and permanent magnet rotor for long-term durability and resistance to wear.

The SEA DN32 flow sensor utilizes a Hall-effect sensing principle. As water flows through the valve body, it spins an internal rotor equipped with a magnet. A Hall-effect sensor detects each rotation of the magnet, generating a corresponding digital pulse signal. The frequency of this pulse output is directly proportional to the volumetric flow rate, allowing for precise flow monitoring and totalization.
Engineered for demanding environments, the sensor features a sealed construction with upper and lower force sealing rings to prevent leaks. The internal components, including stainless steel bearings and a non-corrosive permanent magnet, are selected for longevity and consistent performance under continuous operation. It is suitable for monitoring flow in pressurized water systems up to 2.0 MPa.
