The YZC-133 is a straight-bar, resistive strain gauge load cell designed for precision weighing and force measurement applications. It operates on the principle of a Wheatstone bridge, where applied force alters the resistance of bonded strain gauges, producing a proportional millivolt-level differential output signal. This analog signal requires conditioning via an instrumentation amplifier or a dedicated 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) like the HX711 for microcontroller integration.
Constructed from aluminum alloy and sealed to IP65 standards, the sensor is protected against dust ingress and water jets, making it suitable for use in industrial scales, process control, and testing equipment. Its low creep (0.03% F.S./30min) and hysteresis specifications ensure stable, repeatable measurements under sustained or cyclic loading conditions. The sensor is mounted via four threaded holes (two M3.3 and two M4) with one end fixed and the other floating to properly transfer the applied load to the sensing element.
