The PQ07 Human Infrared Sensor utilizes a high-sensitivity pyroelectric infrared (PIR) detector and signal conditioning IC to reliably sense the infrared energy emitted by moving human bodies. This detection triggers a built-in relay to control connected AC loads such as lights, fans, or alarms. The module incorporates automatic ambient light sensing to disable operation during daylight hours, maximizing energy savings.
Designed for direct integration into 100-240V AC systems, it features a compact form factor suitable for ceiling or wall mounting at recommended heights of 2.5–3.5 meters. Its robust design supports operation in environments with up to 93% relative humidity, making it suitable for indoor residential, office, and commercial security and automation applications.
