Description
The Sipeed LicheeRV Nano is a remarkably compact yet powerful RISC-V Linux development board, designed for developers pushing the boundaries of edge computing and AI. Despite its diminutive SD card-sized footprint, measuring just 22x36mm, it integrates the SOPHGO SG2002 SoC, featuring a flexible 1GHz RISC-V C906 or ARM A53 processor. This versatile architecture, combined with a dedicated NPU capable of 0.5TOPS@INT8, makes it an ideal platform for embedded AI vision, machine learning, and advanced IoT applications.
This thumb-sized board provides comprehensive peripheral resources, including 256MB of DDR3 RAM, a 4-lane MIPI CSI input for camera modules, and a 2-lane MIPI DSI output supporting capacitive touchscreens. Connectivity is robust with dual-band WiFi6 and BLE5.4, alongside a USB2.0 OTG Type-C port and 100Mbps Ethernet. Its breadboard-compatible 2×14-pin headers allow for extensive expansion, making the LicheeRV Nano a pivotal tool for exploring the burgeoning RISC-V ecosystem with full Linux capabilities.
