Generic OF05ZAT G1/2 DN15 Oval Gear Flow Sensor - Hall Effect Pulse Output
The OF05ZAT G1/2 DN15 is a Hall-effect oval gear flow sensor designed for precise volumetric measurement of clean, low-viscosity liquids including water, milk, gasoline, and light oils. It outputs a digital pulse signal compatible with 3.3V/5V logic microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi) and industrial PLCs for flow rate and total volume calculation.

The OF05ZAT flow sensor operates on a positive displacement principle using a magnetic oval gear rotor. As liquid flows through the chamber, it rotates the gear. A built-in Hall-effect sensor detects each rotation of the magnetic rotor, generating a precise digital pulse signal proportional to the displaced volume. This provides highly accurate flow rate and totalized volume data.
Engineered for durability, the sensor features a plastic housing rated for working pressures up to 1.75 MPa and can operate across a wide temperature range from -25°C to +70°C. Its G1/2″ male thread (DN15) allows for easy integration into standard piping systems for applications requiring reliable liquid monitoring.
