The Winsen ZE40-TVOC module utilizes a proven electrochemical sensing principle to detect Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) in ambient air. This technology provides high sensitivity and selectivity with excellent long-term stability. The module features sophisticated onboard signal conditioning that delivers both a linear analog voltage output and a digital UART interface, offering flexibility for various system architectures.
An integrated temperature sensor provides real-time compensation, minimizing measurement drift across its 0–50°C operating range. The module is designed for reliability in environments with 15-90% relative humidity (non-condensing). Its compact form factor and low power consumption make it suitable for portable, battery-powered devices as well as fixed installations in environmental monitoring networks.
