Description
The Teltonika TRB245 is a compact, industrial-grade LTE gateway engineered for reliable machine-to-machine (M2M) communication and remote monitoring in critical infrastructure. It consolidates fast 4G LTE Cat 4 connectivity (with 3G/2G fallback), a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces, and configurable digital and analog I/O onto a single, rugged platform. Dual SIM slots with auto-failover and SIM idle protection ensure network redundancy and uninterrupted operation.
Built on the secure RutOS operating system, the gateway provides a full-featured Linux environment with advanced networking capabilities, including stateful firewall, VPN tunnels (IPsec, OpenVPN), SMS-based device control, and comprehensive remote management through the Teltonika Remote Management System (RMS). The integrated multi-GNSS receiver supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS for accurate positioning and geofencing applications. Housed in a robust aluminum chassis with DIN-rail mounting, wide-range DC power input, and an extended operating temperature range, the TRB245 delivers the stability and control required for industrial automation, energy, transportation, and remote telemetry deployments.
