Description
The EDATEC ED-CM4IND10-1232-4C is an industrial-embedded computer meticulously engineered around the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4. This robust baseboard comes configured with 2GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB eMMC storage, with flexibility for SD card startup, making it a versatile platform for demanding industrial applications. It integrates a rich array of industrial communication interfaces and features, including RS232, RS485, high-precision ADC, isolated IO inputs, relay control, a battery-backed real-time clock, and an alarm buzzer, ensuring reliable operation in critical systems.
Connectivity is a cornerstone of the ED-CM4IND10, offering one Gigabit Ethernet port with Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality, alongside an additional 10/100M Ethernet port. Wireless communication is handled by an integrated 4G/LTE module with external antenna support, certified 2.4/5.8G dual-band WiFi, and Bluetooth. For display and camera needs, the board supports an 8-megapixel camera, a DSI display port, and an HDMI output. Further expandability is provided via a PCI-e Gen2 x1 interface, a standard 40-pin header, and internal USB expansion ports, allowing developers to integrate additional functionalities and fully leverage its powerful communication capabilities.
Designed for durability, the EDATEC ED-CM4IND10 features an onboard 32Mb serial Flash for system data, ESD protection on all critical interfaces, and is supplied within a protective metal case. Its wide voltage input (7-36V DC) and operating temperature range (-25°C to 50°C) underscore its suitability for deployment in harsh industrial environments where reliability and performance are paramount.
