SparkFun Qwiic MicroPressure Sensor - 25psi Absolute Pressure, I2C Interface
The SparkFun Qwiic MicroPressure Sensor is a compact, digital pressure transducer based on a Honeywell piezoresistive silicon sensor, providing a calibrated absolute pressure range of 1-25 psi (172.37 kPa). It features a 24-bit digital I2C output (address 0x18) and operates from 1.8V to 3.6V, making it ideal for portable, battery-powered projects and systems compatible with Qwiic, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other 3.3V microcontrollers.
Features
- Honeywell 25psi piezoresistive silicon absolute pressure sensor.
- Calibrated & compensated digital output via I2C (address 0x18).
- High accuracy of ±0.25% full-scale span.
- Ultra-low power consumption (0.01mW typical average at 1Hz).
- Qwiic connector enables plug-and-play wiring with no soldering.

The SparkFun Qwiic MicroPressure Sensor integrates a high-precision Honeywell MEMS piezoresistive pressure die, delivering a fully calibrated and temperature-compensated digital pressure reading. The sensor’s silicon microstructure deforms under applied pressure, causing a change in resistance that is measured and converted to a 24-bit digital value via an internal ASIC, ensuring stable and accurate readings across its operating temperature range.
Designed for system integration, the breakout board includes a 0.1″ (2.5mm) barbless male port for tubing connection, allowing measurement of air or compatible liquid media pressure in sealed environments. Its low-voltage, low-power operation and Qwiic connectivity simplify deployment in portable data loggers, environmental monitoring systems, and industrial control applications requiring reliable pressure feedback.
