The SiFli Technologies SF32LB525 N16R8 is an ultra-low-power AIoT module featuring a dual-core Cortex-M33 MCU, Bluetooth 5.3 dual-mode connectivity, and integrated 16MB Flash/8MB PSRAM. It supports QSPI and other display interfaces for graphical HMIs, powered from a 3.2-4.7V battery with deep sleep currents as low as 2µA.

Description

The SiFli Technologies SF32LB52 N16R8 module is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) solution engineered for next-generation AIoT and smart wearable applications. Its dual-core Arm Cortex-M33 architecture provides a balanced performance profile with a high-performance core clocked up to 240MHz for application processing and graphics, and a low-power core at 24MHz for background tasks, achieving significant energy efficiency.

Beyond its processing power, the module integrates a complete Bluetooth 5.3 dual-mode radio subsystem, supporting both Bluetooth Low Energy and Classic Bluetooth profiles. This is complemented by dedicated hardware for HiFi audio (ADC/DAC) and a powerful 2D/2.5D GPU, making it ideal for interactive devices with graphical user interfaces. The module’s QFN68L package and comprehensive power management unit, including a wide input voltage range (VBAT 3.2V–4.7V) and ultra-low sleep currents, enable the development of compact, feature-rich, and long-lasting battery-operated products.
