The Scorpion HK5-5024-475KV represents the fifth generation of Scorpion’s high-performance motor series, engineered specifically for heavy-lift and industrial UAV platforms. Its enlarged 50mm stator diameter provides a significant increase in torque and power output without a proportional increase in weight, making it ideal for applications where power-to-weight ratio is critical.
This motor is built for endurance under extreme conditions, featuring an innovative dual cooling system. An integrated internal fan works in concert with an external centrifugal fan to nearly double the airflow over the stator windings, ensuring thermal stability during sustained high-load operation. The robust 6x36mm output shaft is designed to handle the torsional stresses of large-diameter propellers or helicopter main rotors in 700-class setups.
