The M5Stack M5Stamp ESP32S3 is a highly integrated, stamp-sized embedded controller designed for direct PCB integration in IoT products. It leverages the Espressif ESP32-S3FN8 chip, providing a dual-core Xtensa LX7 CPU capable of 240MHz operation alongside 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity. The module includes an onboard 3D antenna and a power management circuit that accepts a 5V supply, simplifying system design.
Engineered for flexible deployment, the module exposes 23 GPIOs from the ESP32-S3 via solder pads with both 1.27mm and 2.54mm spacing. This allows developers to choose surface-mount (SMT) soldering, through-hole DIP headers, or direct flying wire connections based on production volume and prototyping needs. The integrated RGB LED and programmable button provide immediate user interface capabilities without external components.
