The AD7414 is a complete, monolithic temperature monitoring system from Analog Devices, integrating a bandgap temperature sensor, a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and an I2C interface. It converts the analog temperature signal to a digital word with a resolution of 0.25°C per LSB, providing a direct, calibrated digital readout to the host controller.
Designed for reliability in industrial and consumer applications, the sensor operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, making it compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic systems. Its small SOT23-6 footprint minimizes board space while the extended operating temperature range ensures stable performance in harsh environments.
