Description
The Arduino Sensor Extension Plate V5, building upon the V4.0’s capabilities, offers a streamlined solution for connecting a wide array of sensors and modules to your Arduino Duemilanove 2009 or compatible development board. Its lamination design and zedoary PCB processing ensure robust and reliable connections. This shield extends all digital and analog interfaces into a convenient servo-line order, significantly simplifying wiring complexity for various projects.
Beyond standard I/O extension, the V5 plate incorporates dedicated interfaces for popular communication and sensing components. It features an ad-hoc IIC/I2C interface, a communication interface for APC220 wireless RF modules, and specific ports for RB URF v1.1 ultrasonic sensors. Furthermore, it includes dedicated connections for 12864 LCDs (both serial and parallel), Bluetooth modules (like XBee/Bluetooth Bee), and an SD card module interface. This comprehensive integration drastically reduces the need for complex breadboard setups and loose jumper wires.
Designed with Arduino beginners in mind, the Sensor Extension Plate V5 eliminates the typical headache of intricate circuit connections. Users can easily connect common sensors using a simple 3-pin sensor cable for both digital and analog signals. After establishing connections, writing and uploading the corresponding Arduino program allows for straightforward data acquisition from sensors or wireless modules, facilitating rapid development of interactive embedded projects.
