Description
The Adafruit METRO 328 is a professional-grade, Arduino UNO derivative designed for seamless prototyping and educational use. Based on the robust ATmega328P microcontroller, it delivers stable 5V operation at 16 MHz, providing ample processing headroom for sensor data acquisition, actuator control, and serial communication tasks common in maker and IoT projects.
Its fully assembled state eliminates soldering hurdles, offering immediate access to 19 configurable digital and analog I/O pins. The board includes dedicated hardware serial (UART), SPI, and I2C buses, enabling direct connection to a wide ecosystem of displays, sensors, and wireless modules. While operating at 5V logic, simple level-shifting circuits allow safe interfacing with 3.3V peripherals, making it a versatile core for embedded systems.
