The Wittelb WIN-IO-4AIM is a dedicated industrial signal converter designed to bridge the gap between legacy analog sensors and modern digital control networks. It accepts inputs from four independent channels, supporting standard industrial signals like 4-20mA current loops and 0-10V voltage levels, and converts them into precise digital values transmitted via the Modbus RTU protocol over an RS485 bus.
Engineered for reliability in harsh environments, the module operates on a 12-24VDC supply and features a durable casing rated for 0-60°C. Its integrated RS485 transceiver enables robust, noise-immune communication over distances up to 700 meters without repeaters, making it suitable for expansive industrial plants, water treatment facilities, and energy monitoring applications. The internal DIP switch allows field technicians to quickly set the module’s unique slave address and communication baud rate, streamlining deployment and maintenance.
