Description
The Arducam B0224 OV9281 camera module delivers high-performance monochrome imaging tailored for embedded machine vision and automation on the Raspberry Pi platform. Its global shutter sensor eliminates motion blur by capturing all pixels simultaneously, making it ideal for applications involving fast-moving objects, such as robotic guidance, barcode scanning, and gesture recognition.
Featuring a NoIR (No Infrared filter) sensor, the module exhibits enhanced sensitivity in low-light conditions and can be paired with IR illumination for covert surveillance or night vision. The wide 130-degree field of view M12 lens mount allows for flexible lens swapping to suit different focal lengths and application needs. With its 2-lane MIPI CSI interface, the camera connects directly to Raspberry Pi’s camera port, supported by standard V4L2 drivers for seamless integration into Python, OpenCV, or C++ based vision pipelines.
