Description
The Lichee Tang Nano 4K development board is built around GOWIN Semiconductor’s GW1NSR-LV4C system-in-package (SiP) chip, a powerful solution that combines an embedded ARM Cortex-M3 hard core processor with 4K logic resources (LUTs) and 64Mbit of PSRAM. This integrated approach allows for complex mixed-signal designs, blending the flexibility of FPGA fabric with the determinism of a microcontroller. Additionally, the board includes 32Mbit of onboard Nor Flash for program storage.
For streamlined development, the Lichee Tang Nano 4K incorporates a BL702 chip that provides direct JTAG debugging capabilities for the GW1NSR-LV4C. This eliminates the need for external debuggers and clock inputs, allowing developers to connect the board directly to a computer via USB and begin programming and debugging immediately. The compact and exquisite design ensures all core chip resources are readily accessible, making it an ideal platform for rapid prototyping and experimentation with small to medium-scale digital logic and embedded processing tasks.
