Description

The Sipeed Tang FPGA PMOD Basic Kit combines a powerful FPGA System-on-Module (SoM) with a highly modular dock board, providing a comprehensive platform for rapid FPGA development and prototyping. The core SoM board is built around the Gowin GW5A-LV25MG121 FPGA, offering significant logic resources alongside 64Mbit of SPI FLASH for configuration and data storage, 76 versatile GPIOs, and a 4-lane MIPI D-PHY interface for high-speed display or camera integration. Three dedicated power outputs further enhance its embedded capabilities.

The accompanying Dock board significantly extends the kit’s functionality, incorporating a convenient on-board USB-JTAG debugger for straightforward programming and verification. It features three industry-standard PMOD interfaces and a 40-pin header, ensuring extensive compatibility with a broad ecosystem of expansion modules.
