Description

This Waveshare development board is engineered as a complete Human-Machine Interface (HMI) prototyping platform centered on the Espressif ESP32-S3 microcontroller. It combines the wireless connectivity and processing muscle of the dual-core 240MHz LX7 CPU with a crisp 2.8-inch IPS LCD, providing a solid foundation for embedded GUI development using frameworks like LVGL. The board is specifically configured as the Type B (Non-Touch) variant, focusing on display output while omitting the touch controller, which simplifies design for applications where tactile input is not required.
