Description

This development board is built around Espressif’s ESP32-C6-MINI-1 system-on-chip, which combines a capable 160MHz RISC-V processor core with advanced 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 radios. The integrated RF front-end delivers robust wireless performance suitable for high-density IoT networks. Its power architecture is managed by an onboard MP28164 DC-DC buck-boost converter, ensuring efficient operation across a wide input voltage range while supporting peak currents up to 2A for peripherals.

The board’s castellated edge design facilitates direct soldering onto custom PCBs, making it an ideal choice for volume production and space-constrained embedded applications. It provides extensive I/O through 20 multi-function GPIO pins and 7 expanded IO pins, supporting interfaces like full-speed USB OTG, SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, and PWM. The module supports multiple low-power sleep states, allowing developers to finely balance communication distance, data rate, and power consumption for battery-operated deployments.
