The Sipeed Tang Primer 25K Core Board is an ultra-compact and highly integrated FPGA System-on-Module (SoM) designed for embedded applications requiring robust digital logic and high-speed interfaces. It incorporates the powerful Gowin GW5A-LV25MG121 FPGA, alongside 64Mbit of SPI Flash and an integrated DC-DC power supply, all within a footprint smaller than a typical coin.

This versatile SoM provides developers with 76 accessible General Purpose Input/Outputs (GPIOs) for flexible expansion and integration with various sensors and actuators.
