The SHT20 from Sensirion integrates a capacitive humidity sensor and a band-gap temperature sensor on a single CMOSens® chip, providing calibrated, linearized digital outputs. The sensor’s advanced analog and digital signal processing ensures excellent long-term stability and minimal drift.
Housed in a compact, reflow-solderable DFN package, the SHT20 is built for high-volume assembly and reliable operation in diverse environments, from HVAC systems to industrial monitoring. Its low voltage operation (2.1V to 3.6V) makes it compatible with modern 3.3V logic systems.
