Description

The Reyax RYWDB51 integrates a complete Texas Instruments CC3351 wireless SoC into a compact 17.78 x 12.7 x 2.6 mm surface-mount module, delivering concurrent 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. Engineered for industrial IoT deployments, it supports advanced Wi-Fi 6 features like OFDMA and Target Wake Time (TWT) to manage network congestion and reduce device power consumption in dense node environments.

Its BLE 5.4 stack provides enhanced range via LE Coded PHY and higher data rates with the 2M PHY, enabling reliable data links for telemetry, control, and firmware updates. The module’s robust RF front-end delivers up to 19.5 dBm Wi-Fi and 20 dBm BLE transmit power, coupled with high receiver sensitivity for extended wireless range. Power management is optimized for always-on applications, featuring multiple low-power states with sleep currents as low as 332µA and a shutdown current of 12µA.
