Description

The Particle Boron BRN404X is a production-ready IoT development board engineered for cellular-connected products. It combines the low-power, wide-area capabilities of LTE CAT-M1 with the processing power of the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840 microcontroller, which also provides Bluetooth 5.2 for local device communication. The board’s Feather-compatible pinout ensures seamless hardware expansion.

Designed for the Particle IoT Platform-as-a-Service, the Boron abstracts cellular complexity, offering over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates, device management, and cloud integration out-of-the-box.
