Description
The M5Stack ATOM Lite ESP32 Development Kit is a highly integrated, miniature IoT node built around the Espressif ESP32-PICO-D4 system-in-package. This board consolidates a dual-core 240MHz processor, 4MB of SPI flash memory, and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.2 BR/EDR and BLE into a 24mm x 24mm form factor, making it one of the smallest full-featured ESP32 development platforms available.
Designed for embedded smart home devices, wearable peripherals, and compact sensor nodes, the ATOM Lite provides six accessible GPIO pins (G19, G21, G22, G23, G25, G33) alongside a versatile Grove port supporting I2C, digital I/O, and UART protocols. The on-board WS2812B addressable RGB LED and infrared transmitter enable immediate development of user feedback and remote control systems without external components.
Power is supplied via the USB Type-C connector at 5V, with the board operating efficiently for low-power IoT applications. Its structure is built for durability and ease of integration into end products, supported by comprehensive software frameworks including the Arduino core for ESP32 and M5Stack’s block-based UIFlow platform.
