iFlight XING2 2809 FPV Motor Unibell - 1250KV

The XING2 2809 1250KV motor is rated for a maximum input voltage of 24V, which corresponds to a 6S LiPo battery (4.2V per cell * 6 = 25.2V fully charged). It is optimally designed for efficient operation on 4S to 6S packs, with 6S providing the highest power and efficiency for long-range applications.

This motor uses a standard 19x19mm mounting hole pattern with φ3mm clearance holes. The included M3x10mm screws are the correct fasteners for securing the motor to frames with M3 threaded inserts or through-holes with a nut on the opposite side.

The unibell design integrates the motor bell and the 5mm titanium shaft into a single, forged 7075 aluminum unit. This eliminates a potential failure point (a pressed-in shaft) and creates a more rigid, dynamically balanced rotating assembly. It significantly improves crash resilience, maintains alignment under impact, and reduces vibrations for smoother flight and video.

For 6S long-range builds, common and efficient propeller pairings are 7-inch diameters with moderate pitch, such as 7040, 7045, or 7050 tri-blade or bi-blade props. The low KV and large stator provide high torque to swing these larger props efficiently, maximizing flight time while maintaining adequate thrust for cruising and light maneuvering.
