The analog pH sensor kit is designed for precise measurement of hydrogen ion concentration in aqueous solutions. It employs a laboratory-grade glass electrode probe connected via a BNC interface to a signal conditioning module. The module provides power regulation and outputs a stable analog voltage signal proportional to the pH level, which can be read directly by the analog input of an Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other microcontroller.
The system requires calibration using standard buffer solutions (pH 4.00, 7.00, 9.18) for optimal accuracy. The integrated potentiometer allows for gain adjustment to match the probe’s output to the specific measurement range. The probe is intended for intermittent use and should not be left immersed for extended periods to preserve the reference electrode.
