This sensor operates on a capacitive sensing principle, detecting changes in dielectric constant caused by the presence of liquid inside a non-metallic pipe or container. Its pure electronic, non-mechanical structure ensures stable performance and a long operational life, free from wear and tear. The integrated circuitry includes special filtering for power frequency and common-mode interference, providing high sensitivity and strong immunity to external electromagnetic noise.
Designed for industrial and DIY applications, it can penetrate container walls up to 20mm thick and is unaffected by corrosive liquids, strong acids, alkalis, or impurities. The sensor provides accurate detection even for boiling water, with a typical liquid level error of ±1.5mm. It comes with a 4-pin adaptor for straightforward digital signal collection and system integration.
