The Benewake TFA300 UAV LiDAR sensor employs time-of-flight (ToF) laser ranging technology to deliver precise distance measurements with an ultra-narrow 0.5° field of view. Its high-frequency data acquisition, adjustable from 1–1,000 Hz to a peak of 10,000 Hz, enables rapid point-cloud generation for real-time object tracking and altitude hold, even for targets moving at high velocities.
Engineered for demanding aerial environments, the sensor operates reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and withstands ambient light levels up to 100 KLux. The IP67-rated housing provides robust protection against rain, dust, and fog, making it suitable for search-and-rescue, high-speed FPV racing, and automated delivery drone applications where consistent performance is critical.
