The AI-Thinker Rd-03E is a sophisticated 24GHz FMCW radar module, developed by Shenzhen AI-Thinker Technology Co., LTD. It integrates the silicon micro-S3KM111L chip, a single-chip millimeter-wave sensor SoC operating within the 24GHz K-band with up to 1 GHz modulation bandwidth. Leveraging advanced signal processing proprietary to the S3 series, alongside an MCU’s built-in intelligent presence sensing algorithm, this module delivers precise human body sensing, accurate distance measurement, and robust gesture recognition capabilities.

Developers can efficiently monitor real-time distance and gesture information using the provided host computer tool. The Rd-03E excels at detecting and identifying both moving and subtle micro-moving human bodies, reporting their real-time distances.
