XIQI Electric CG-WRNT-02 K-Type Thermocouple Sensor, 1m Fiberglass Cable, M6 Screw Mount

This sensor has bare, stripped wire leads at the end of its 1-meter fiberglass cable. It is a raw thermocouple output and must be connected to a compatible thermocouple input on a temperature controller, PLC, or data acquisition system that accepts Type K signals. Proper polarity (positive and negative leads) must be observed for accurate readings.

The CG-WRNT-02 is rated for continuous operation from 0°C up to 600°C, as specified for its stainless steel probe and sensing junction. The attached fiberglass-sheathed cable is also rated for high-temperature environments, but it is recommended to keep the cable away from direct contact with surfaces exceeding its insulation rating to prevent degradation.

Installation requires a pre-tapped M6 hole in your equipment or mounting surface. Simply screw the sensor body into the hole until it is seated firmly to ensure good thermal contact. Avoid over-tightening, which can damage the threads. For applications requiring a seal, an appropriate high-temperature thread sealant or washer may be used, compatible with the operating temperature range.

While the stainless steel probe is corrosion-resistant, this model is designed primarily for air or surface temperature measurement via its threaded mount. For direct liquid immersion, a dedicated immersion thermocouple with a sealed, pressure-rated sheath would be required. This sensor can be used in non-pressurized liquid applications if the M6 threads are properly sealed.
