The LightWare SF45/B (50 m) is a Class 1M eye-safe scanning microLiDAR sensor utilizing a 905 nm laser for precise distance measurement. Its oscillating mirror design enables a highly configurable horizontal field of view, adjustable from a few degrees up to 320°, making it adaptable for complex spatial sensing tasks. The sensor outputs detailed point cloud data, supporting nearest and farthest surface detection algorithms.
Engineered for integration in size and weight-critical systems, the SF45/B operates from a 5.0V to 5.5V DC supply and features robust serial (UART) and I2C digital interfaces, with 5V tolerance for easy connection to common microcontrollers and single-board computers.
