SEA YF-DN50 Water Flow Sensor Flowmeter G2 10-200L/min 5-24V
The SEA YF-DN50 is a 2-inch plastic-body water flow sensor with a Hall-effect output, designed for industrial flow measurement applications. It operates from a 5-24V DC supply and is compatible with PLCs, data loggers, and microcontroller systems like Arduino for monitoring flow rates from 10 to 200 liters per minute.
Features
- Hall-effect sensor outputs a pulse signal proportional to flow rate (10-200 L/min).
- Wide operating voltage range of 5-24V DC for flexible system integration.
- Durable plastic body rated for water pressures up to 1.75 MPa.
- Industrial-grade construction with an operating temperature range of 0 to 80°C.
- Compact dimensions (90mm length) with G2 (2-inch) threaded connections for easy installation.

The SEA YF-DN50 flow sensor utilizes a mechanical rotor and integrated Hall-effect sensor to provide precise volumetric flow measurement. As water passes through the sensor body, it spins the internal rotor; the speed of rotation is directly proportional to the flow rate. The embedded Hall-effect sensor detects each rotation and outputs a corresponding digital pulse, enabling straightforward frequency-based flow calculation by connected control systems.
Engineered for demanding environments, the sensor features a robust plastic housing capable of withstanding high water pressure, temperature fluctuations, and continuous operation. Its pulse output interface ensures reliable, noise-immune signal transmission over standard wiring, making it suitable for integration into industrial process control, irrigation management, and water distribution monitoring systems.
