Description

The E32-433T20S-V8.0 module implements a complete LoRa physical layer transceiver in a miniature 16x26mm footprint. Utilizing Semtech’s SX1278, it employs LoRa spread spectrum modulation to achieve exceptional link budget and interference immunity compared to traditional FSK, making it suitable for noisy RF environments. The module operates as a transparent serial bridge, forwarding UART data directly over the air, simplifying firmware development.

Power management is a key feature, with a high 110mA transmit current and a low 14mA receive current, coupled with a deep sleep mode drawing only microamps. This enables designs that can operate for years on battery power. The module supports forward error correction (FEC), data encryption, and compression to enhance reliability and security. Its four-pad interface allows for either an integrated PCB antenna or an external antenna via a soldered wire, providing deployment flexibility for different enclosure and range requirements.
