Description

The EByte E22-400M33S is a professional-grade, surface-mount LoRa wireless transceiver module engineered for demanding IoT and industrial telemetry applications. At its core is the latest Semtech SX1268 LoRa chipset, which enables a significant RF transmit power of up to 33dBm (2W), dramatically extending the reliable communication range compared to standard modules. This power is managed efficiently, supporting various output levels to balance range with power consumption.

Designed for stability in harsh conditions, the module incorporates an industrial 32MHz TCXO to maintain precise frequency control despite temperature fluctuations from -40°C to +85°C. Its RF front-end is bolstered with an external LNA and specialized filtering, achieving a receiver sensitivity of -125dBm to pick up weak signals and resist adjacent channel interference. The module communicates via an SPI interface at 3.3V logic levels, making it directly compatible with a vast array of microcontrollers like STM32, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi for rapid prototyping and deployment.
