The EByte E07-900M10S is a professional-grade sub-1GHz RF transceiver module engineered for industrial IoT and machine-to-machine (M2M) communication networks. Built around the proven Texas Instruments CC1101 low-power RF chip, it provides a complete physical layer solution for implementing custom wireless protocols in the 855–925 MHz ISM band, offering superior penetration through obstacles compared to 2.4 GHz systems.
Its architecture supports a wide range of configurable air data rates from 0.6 kbps to 500 kbps, allowing developers to optimize the link for either maximum range or higher throughput. The module includes essential RF management functions such as Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) for listen-before-talk protocols and Wake-On-Radio (WOR) for extremely low-duty-cycle applications, enabling years of operation from a single battery.
