The Sipeed LicheeRV Nano (W) is a versatile development board centered around the SOPHGO SG2002 processor, offering a flexible architecture with a 1GHz RISC-V C906 or ARM A53 core, alongside a dedicated 8051 low-power core for efficient system management. It integrates 2Gbit (256MB) of DDR3 RAM directly into the SoC, providing a streamlined solution for embedded Linux development. This board excels in applications requiring local processing capabilities, particularly for AI vision tasks, thanks to its powerful NPU supporting ITOPS@INT8 and BF16 formats.
Designed for robust connectivity, the LicheeRV Nano (W) includes dual-band 2.4G/5.8G WiFi6 and BLE5.4, enabling high-speed wireless data transfer and low-energy peripheral integration. Its comprehensive I/O features a 4-lane MIPI CSI for high-resolution camera input and a 2-lane MIPI DSI for display output, alongside a USB2.0 OTG Type-C port, a 100Mbps Ethernet interface, and breadboard-compatible GPIO headers.
