This latest iteration integrates a powerful 1GHz BCM2710A1 System-in-Package, featuring a 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU, making it up to four times faster than the original Raspberry Pi Zero.
With 512MB of LPDDR2 DRAM, the Pi Zero 2 W is well-suited for a wide range of embedded applications, especially those requiring wireless connectivity. It comes equipped with integrated 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN and Bluetooth 4.2 / Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), simplifying the development of connected Internet of Things (IoT) projects. Its minimal footprint, combined with mini connectors and an unpopulated 40-pin GPIO header, provides maximum flexibility for custom integrations.
