Description
The Sipeed Lichee RV Dock is a comprehensive RISC-V Linux development kit built around the Allwinner D1 SoC, featuring a high-performance XuanTie C906 64-bit CPU. This kit significantly expands the core module’s interfaces, offering robust multimedia support with an HDMI port capable of 4K@30fps output, alongside RGB and MIPI screen interfaces via its dedicated convert board. It provides a 40-pin GPIO header and additional connectors for audio peripherals, making it versatile for various embedded projects.
Connectivity is enhanced with an onboard 2.4G Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, complete with a patch antenna and IPEX connector, ensuring reliable wireless communication. An integrated USB Type-A host port simplifies peripheral connections. The Lichee RV Dock comes pre-configured with a system-burnt TF card, allowing developers to immediately connect to display and input devices like keyboards or mice (on Debian) and begin exploration without the need for initial flashing.
This open-source platform officially supports Tina Linux and Debian, with community support for Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, and RustSBI. Its compact size, high integration, and developer-friendly approach make it an excellent choice for rapid prototyping, educational purposes, and exploring advanced Linux applications on a RISC-V architecture.
