The SHT41-AD1B-R2 from Sensirion utilizes a proprietary CMOSens® technology, which integrates a capacitive polymer humidity sensor and a band-gap temperature sensor on a single CMOS chip. This monolithic integration ensures excellent signal quality, minimal thermal hysteresis, and outstanding long-term stability. The sensor outputs fully calibrated, digital data via a standard I2C interface, eliminating the need for external signal conditioning.
