The SCD4x series represents Sensirion’s next-generation miniature CO2 sensor, leveraging the photoacoustic sensing principle and patented PAsens® and CMOSens® technologies. This approach enables high-accuracy carbon dioxide detection within an exceptionally small footprint, designed for cost-effective and space-efficient SMD assembly. The sensor includes a built-in SHT4x humidity and temperature sensor for precise on-chip signal compensation, ensuring reliable performance across varying environmental conditions.
