RoboSense RS-Bpearl Automotive-Grade Short-Range LiDAR, 32 Beams, 360°/90° FOV, Range: Up to 100 m
The RoboSense RS-Bpearl is an automotive-grade, 32-beam short-range LiDAR module designed for near-field blind spot detection and 3D environmental mapping. It features a hemispherical 360°x90° FOV, a range of up to 100m, and outputs spatial point cloud data via Ethernet, making it suitable for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
Features
- 32-beam short-range LiDAR with hemispherical 360° horizontal and 90° vertical field of view for comprehensive near-field detection.
- Detection range up to 100m (30m @ 10% reflectivity) with a minimal blind spot of ≤0.1m and 1cm precision.
- Ethernet (100Base-T1) data output providing UDP packets with spatial coordinates, intensity, and timestamps.
- Rugged IP67/IP6K9K-rated housing with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.
- Low 12W power consumption from a 9-32V DC supply, supporting configurable frame rates (5/10/20Hz).

The RoboSense RS-Bpearl utilizes a 905nm laser-based time-of-flight (ToF) principle with 32 independent beams to generate a dense, real-time 3D point cloud of its surroundings. Its unique hemispherical field of view eliminates near-field blind spots, critical for low-speed maneuvering, parking, and obstacle avoidance in complex environments.
Engineered for automotive and harsh industrial applications, the sensor features robust signal processing, configurable rotational speeds (300/600/1200 RPM), and an IP67/IP6K9K enclosure for resistance to dust and water ingress. The integrated Ethernet interface streams calibrated spatial data, enabling seamless integration with autonomous navigation stacks, robotic perception systems, and ADAS control units.
