The TGS5141-P00 utilizes Figaro Engineering’s advanced electrochemical sensing technology with a unique solid electrolyte, eliminating the need for a traditional water reservoir. This innovation drastically reduces the sensor’s footprint and power requirements, enabling its use in battery-powered, space-constrained designs. The sensor exhibits a linear relationship between gas concentration and output signal, simplifying calibration and integration into monitoring systems.
Designed for robust performance, the sensor operates across a wide humidity range from 10% to 95% RH (non-condensing) and a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C intermittently. Each unit features individual barcoded calibration data, allowing OEMs to implement sensor-specific compensation and tracking without costly gas calibration procedures, enhancing production efficiency and traceability.
