ENS160+AHT21 Air Quality, Temperature & Humidity Sensor Module - I2C Interface
The ENS160+AHT21 sensor module integrates an ENS160 gas sensor and an AHT21 climate sensor to provide real-time monitoring of eCO2, TVOC, temperature, and humidity via a single I2C interface, making it ideal for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and other 3.3V/5V microcontroller systems.
Features
- Integrated ENS160 gas sensor for eCO2 (400–65,535 ppm) and TVOC (0–65,535 ppb) measurement
- Integrated AHT21 sensor for high-accuracy temperature (±0.3°C) and humidity (±2% RH) sensing
- Single I2C digital interface simplifies wiring and data acquisition for microcontrollers
- Low-power operation (1.8–3.6V DC) suitable for battery-powered IoT and portable devices
- Compact PCB module (25 x 20 mm) with pre-soldered header pins for rapid prototyping

The ENS160+AHT21 module combines a metal-oxide (MOX) based ENS160 gas sensor and a capacitive AHT21 sensor on a single PCB. The ENS160 provides digital outputs for equivalent CO2 (eCO2) and Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) concentrations, calculated from its internal algorithm and calibrated sensing array. The AHT21 delivers calibrated digital readings for ambient temperature and relative humidity with high stability.
Designed for 3.3V logic systems, the module operates from 1.8V to 3.6V DC and communicates exclusively via I2C, with selectable addresses. Its all-in-one design eliminates the need for separate signal conditioning circuits, providing a plug-and-play solution for environmental monitoring in controlled indoor environments.
