Description

The ARIES MICRO v1.0 is a high-performance, compact development platform meticulously designed for diverse embedded system applications. At its core lies the THEJAS32 ASIC, which operates at a robust 100MHz and integrates the VEGA ET1031 Microprocessor, alongside 256KB of internal SRAM. This breadboard-friendly board provides comprehensive support for standalone operation, requiring only a USB connection or battery to get started, making it highly accessible for developers.

Equipped with an extensive array of peripherals, the THEJAS32 SoC on the ARIES MICRO v1.0 includes three UARTs, four SPIs, three timers, eight PWMs, three I2C interfaces, and 25 general-purpose I/O (GPIO) pins, offering significant flexibility for connecting sensors, actuators, and other components. This versatile development board was conceptualized and developed by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) under the Microprocessor Development Programme, a significant initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.
