Description
The Alinx ACU5EV System-on-Module (SoM) delivers a complete, production-ready embedded platform centered on the AMD/Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC architecture. It combines a powerful application processing unit (APU) with a high-logic-density programmable fabric, enabling complex algorithm offloading and hardware acceleration. The module is built on 16nm FinFET+ technology, offering a balance of performance and power efficiency for compute-intensive tasks.
High-speed serial transceivers, including 4 PS-GTR lanes (up to 6 Gbps) and 4 PL GTH lanes (up to 12.5 Gbps for ZU4/5), provide the backbone for high-bandwidth communication protocols like PCIe and DisplayPort. This makes the SoM ideal for interfacing with high-resolution cameras, network interfaces, and custom FPGA IP cores. The board is supplied by a single 12V input, simplifying power system design for integration into larger systems.
