Description
The ACU4EV V2.0 System-on-Module (SoM) is a high-performance embedded solution centered around the powerful AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XCZU4EV. This module is meticulously designed to address the demanding requirements of AI, deep learning, automotive, industrial, advanced video, and communication systems. It seamlessly integrates a robust array of processing capabilities, including multiple ARM Cortex processors, a dedicated GPU, and a hardware video codec, ensuring efficient execution of complex computational and multimedia tasks.
Featuring ample memory configurations with 4 GB of DDR4 SDRAM on the Processing System (PS) side and an additional 1 GB DDR4 SDRAM on the Programmable Logic (PL) side, the ACU4EV SoM provides sufficient resources for data-intensive applications. Storage is handled by a 32 MB QSPI Flash for boot and configuration, complemented by a substantial 32 GB eMMC for operating systems and application data. High-speed peripheral connectivity is ensured through PCIe Gen3 ×4 lanes and multiple Gigabit transceivers. Its compact 80 × 60 mm form factor, coupled with an industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and reliable high-speed board-to-board connectors, makes the ACU4EV SoM an ideal choice for advanced computing, sophisticated vision systems, and intelligent control solutions in harsh environments.
